Clinical trial news

Three clinical trials are launching this year from the team behind Levi’s Project, in collaboration with some of the top hospitals and institutions in the world:

·         Levi’s Catch, a Phase 1 clinical trial of CAR-T-GD2 therapy in children with brain tumours and DIPG, in collaboration with Stanford (USA) and Royal Adelaide Hospital.

·         Phase I/II clinical trial of polyamine pathway inhibitors DFMO/AMXT 1501 in children with brain tumours and DIPG. This is an international trial, in partnership with Collaborative Network for Neuro-Oncology Clinical Trials (CONNECT).

·         Phase I clinical trial of epigenetic inhibitor CBL0137 in children with brain tumours and DIPG. This is a joint American/Australian trial, in collaboration with The Children’s Oncology Group (COG)
